Hello fellas! How was your WEEK 1? Were you able to list down every food you take for the past 7 days? Have you noticed how much do you usually eat? I noticed that I am really not eating that much, the problem is that, I don’t have exercises that made the fats stuck in my belly! I really need to enroll my self in Gym again I guess. I did some exercise but I was not able to meet my goal. Wasn’t able to do sit up everyday as planned.
But let me share to you my WEEK 1 Diary

Whoa? Can you see the difference? I have some right? I didn’t do any work out or dieting this week, I just lose some sweets and limited my rice up to 1 cup and I can see difference already.I am so inspird right now? What If I added some exercise? Or totally remove the sweets from my diet? Oh, Please NO!
But seriously, giving some limits to my sweet intakes is a good start. Wishing to have more pounds to lose next week. Same plan, I can’t move on yet. I will just make sure I can able to do my daily exercises

as usual, i’l be late..
400 grams lost… that’s good. I really should get myself a digital weighing scale, so I’d know how I lost exactly.
Finally I was able to plot down digitally (aka, blog about it) what happened to my first week!
I don’t have much to share for the first week eh. It was really an adjustment period for me… but for this week I am taking our project more seriously.
