Hello there fellas! I would like to invite everybody to join C5 and Jes NEW MEME – Get Lost!

I am not talking about going somewhere or travel and get lost or asking you to go away…I am referring to our unwanted fats in our SEXY BODY! Can you still remember how you weigh before? I remember myself weighing 90 lbs, I am 5 ft tall, with 34, 24, 34 vital stats and now…and now….next topic please! Can you still remember how long you can walk and dance with your classmates and friends back when you were in college? I remember dancing like 10 music non-stop when I was a dancer and I was not feeling tired at all! Can you still do it right now? Or maybe you are now catching your breath when you are scolding your kids, coz I do!

I think we were forgetting something…something very important – Our Health! Especially to us Bloggers who are always sitting in front of the computer because this is our work and 1-2 hours in front of the computer is not enough even though we all know that sitting is killing us! I guess it’s not too late for us to take care of ourselves. Let’s start getting healthy! Eliminate those FATS, lose it up!  Time to say “GET LOST!” and let’s start to be healthy!

For the Succeeding Weeks, We are all going to post what’s in your diary for the week.

Make sure you have your “Weight Loss Diary” where to put every details of your dietary routine.

Make sure you have your BATHROOM SCALE or any Scale that can measure your weight and a TAPE MEASURE for your Vital Statistics.

The first set of information included in your Weight Loss Diary will be your current weight (in lbs) and current vital statistics (in cm). Be true to yourself, nothing more, nothing less. Measure BEFORE breakfast.

For the succeeding days before the next week, list down in your WEIGHT LOSS DIARY all of the following:

- every food you eat (including junk food and ice cream) and how much (volume and cost, ie., 1 cup rice, P5; 1 pc chicken leg, P45)

- every drink, shake, supplements and pills, how much (volume and cost)

- every exercise routine even walking, for how long (time) and how much (sets, reps)

(Listing down what we did with the corresponding volume and cost will give us the idea later if it works and for how much we spent. Those reading your post will also have the idea and can also try your idea especially if the financial side will not be a problem at all.)

In the future, we will be looking forward to the BIGGEST LOSER and the CHEAPEST LOSER. That is why you need to get the real figures from the start and every week.
