There are people who are really not fond of eating vegetables. Especially the green ones because they find it too bitter and the even imagine themselves as a goat whenever they eat leaves. What they do not know is that it contains vitamins and minerals which very good for our body. We need them in our system not only for the nutrients but also to cleanse all the meat leftovers in our stomach. If we don’t eat vegetables we won’t have a clean tummy. One solution is to take it as a juice, the benefits of green smoothies are better compare to raw and cooked greens.

I wasn’t able to watch Dancing with the star from the start. I am only seeing the updates online and sometimes via Good Morning America every morning.
Luckily I got to watch it this evening and WOW I love Roshon and Chelsea’s performance!

Here I am again going back to hula after losing my track for several months! I hate myself for being inconsistent. Summer is gonna be here soon but I haven’t reach my goal yet. I am aiming for 105lbs but I am stuck in 115.5lbs until now. I hope I can continue my diet and exercise again soon!
I hate to admit that it’s been two weeks now since I stopped my routine exercise. I stopped going to the gym for treadmill, stopped dancing while at home and even stopped playing hoola I am preoccupied with a lot of stuff and I don’t know what should I prioritize first. I am busy finishing all my blogging tasks and even forgetting to post my 3 weekly memes and updating my kids blog. I am also busy looking over the internet for works. I don’t remember how many application forms I signed up already. I forgot how many sites I’ve visited to submit my resume and answer so many assessment forms. I can’t think of allotting time for my exercise anymore! I still wanna lose weight, but I a, not in the mood when I am stressed. I’d rather watch TV or crochet. Darn!
I seriously want to go back to school, but I don’t wish to take on any academic course. I’m actually torn between culinary arts and make up artist courses. Ever since I started hitting the gym and working out, I’ve become more conscious of my body and looks. So I want to take culinary arts to be able to prepare healthy and yummy dishes for my family. At the same time, I want to learn how to apply make up artistically, since I feel that I am more confident with my femininity now that I’ve lost (I think) weight. What do you think? Which course should I take?

I am trying to monitor my diet but I cannot able to list it down so I guess I am not gonna start again next week.

9-10:30 AM - DANCE for 25 mins. Crunches and Hula for 5 mins.
6PM – HULA for 5 mins
11AM Hula 5 mins
2pm 25 mins jogging outside
8PM hula 5 mins
8:30 AM hula
20 mins dance and crunches
10Am Hula 5 mins
15 mins dance and crunches
10PM Hula 5mins
Hula 5 mins
30 mins basketball with kids and hubby @ the park
WEIGHT UPDATE: 15.2lbs
I wish this will continue to improve, I still can’t not eat in the evening coz thats the only time my family and I eat together. I am also eating chocolate and soda but I am trying to lessen it too.
Haven’t check my weight today, but last Friday I checked it and it’s 115.4, that means I lost .2 coz I am previously 115.6 when I started exercising again. I hope this will continue to improve, next week, I will plan to lessen my carbs intake and change it to veggies and more protein instead:)

I started to use my Acuhoop that I purchased last week. Let see if it works with me.
Like what I said I am really serious about getting rid of my yuckie tummy so I am hoping this will help me trim my fats.
Acuhoop is not only for loosing weight, it’s also massaging our body, so two in one right? You get to relax while trimming some fats.
I choose 5lbs for adult 120 – 130 lbs though I only weigh 115.6lbs right now.
I am expecting a slight muscle pain after using it yesterday but I didn’t maybe because I used a trim belt when I used it. I will try to use my hoop without the trim belt later….goodluck to me!
